This will be a celebration of Women’s History Month that focuses on the contributions of women throughout American history. First started as a one week celebration in 1980, they quickly realized that was not enough time.

The specific highlight in the tech world is driven by women holding 8% of all tech jobs, when we look at Latinas, they represent 28% of the workforce but only 2% of tech roles.
