IoT Foundations Workshop
Through presentations, discussion, demos, and hands-on labs, David Castillo and Jonathan Kaye give you a practical technical introduction to essential components of Internet of Things (IoT) and the cloud. The workshop covers four areas that build upon one another:

- Machine Learning.

David Castillo is an author, builder, technical trainer and independent IoT/Cloud consultant. When he isn’t helping to bring connected products to market, he is teaching others how to get started. With more than a decade of experience in cloud and the past 5 years in IoT, David brings real-world experience to the series. In January 2021, David started his journey into machine learning (ML) and data analytics and has added new content covering those topics to the series.
Jonathan Kaye, PhD, is an award-winning technology entrepreneur and author who enjoys teaching and developing simulation software, particularly for mission-critical applications. He has taught classes at all levels, from highly technical topics and end user customer training, to executive management presentations. He recently sold his SaaS business in the Fire/Safety training industry to focus on his interest in IoT, Serverless Computing, and AR/VR.
