Learn how to create a future your customers will love in a matter of days rather than months or years. Using the FUEL methodology as a framework, participants will combine design thinking and lean innovation to create lovable products and experiences for their customers.
This session focuses on the User Journey Map. The journey map is an important instrument in the Design Sprint as it allows the participants to holistically see the user journey in an organized manner. We will do a deeper dive into the creation of the user journey map and share best practices in creating an effective user journey map.
